Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor, LLP (CKPT) is pleased to announce the extension of its office space. CKPT will now be occupying two floors in the south tower of Campbell Centre to better accommodate a growing number of attorneys and staff geared toward serving an ever expanding client base.
“This expansion is another exciting milestone for us,” said partner Mark Taylor. Patrick Powers, CKPT partner, added “Increasing our office space definitely will allow us to better serve our clients.” Over the past 4 years, CKPT has more than doubled in size, with each section expanding the depth of its practice as well as well as its numbers. Jeff Cash focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate counseling. Jeff has extensive experience developing and negotiating a variety of strategic ventures, dispositions, and venture capital transactions. Mr. Cash was named in 2008 one of the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” by D Magazine for the second year in a row.
Darin M. Klemchuk focuses his practice on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation and enforcement. Recently named by D Magazine as one the “Best Lawyers in Dallas,” for the second year in a row, Mr. Klemchuk also focuses on intellectual-property licensing and technology agreements and serves as local counsel for out of state plaintiffs and defendants involved in patent, trademark, copyright, IP, and commercial litigation in the state and federal courts in Dallas, Texas.
Patrick Powers litigates cases across the state of Texas. Mr. Powers has significant experience litigating complex business disputes and commercial transactions including commercial debt and judgment collection, construction defect disputes, and catastrophic personal injuries. Mr. Powers has been named three times by Texas Monthly and Texas Rising Stars a “Rising Stars Under 40,” (2004, 2006, 2008).
Mark Taylor focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder oppression, commercial debt and judgment collection, and products liability. Additionally, Mr. Taylor has significant experience in handling cases involving theft of trade secrets, trademark infringement and personal injury. Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines named Mr. Taylor to the 2008 list of “Super Lawyers” across the state of Texas.
