Roxana Opris Sullivan Joins CKPT

Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor LLP (CKPT) is pleased to announce and recognize the addition of Roxana Opris Sullivan. Roxana will be joining the intellectual property and trademark practice group as an associate.

Ms. Sullivan received a B.A. in both English and Spanish from Wofford College in 2005, and earned a J.D. from the University of South Carolina, School of Law in 2008. Following a Texas state bar examination next February, her practice at CKPT will include trademark and copyright prosecution and licensing; patent, trademark, and copyright litigation; and e-commerce and Internet related counseling. Additionally, her practice will include domain name recover actions under Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP).
