Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor, LLP (CKPT) is pleased to announce the development of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Counseling Practice Group within the Firm.   Founding partner Darin M. Klemchuk has been named the Chair of this practice group.

CKPT's intellectual property litigation practice provides patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, licensing, and prosecution among other forms of intellectual property counseling.
