October 14, 2008 Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor, LLP (CKPT) welcomes a new attorney to the litigation section. Peyton J. Healey joins CKPT as an associate with four years of experience litigating cases across Texas. Peyton’s practice at CKPT will focus on complex commercial disputes involving commercial contracts, commercial collection, and construction, as well as personal injury matters. He has represented clients within a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical companies, technology companies, construction developers, and property owners.
Mr. Healy attended Baylor University School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2005, and graduated previously from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Religion in 2001. He is an active member of Dallas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas Association for Young Lawyers.
